The Yoga of Change

Sometimes it feels as though the world around us is changing so fast, it’s difficult to keep up. In our personal lives, we’re continually grappling with the changes created by marriage, divorce, aging, economic upheavals or the loss of a loved one. As parents, we watch our children leave the nest to begin independent lives, only to see some of them return due to personal or financial problems. In business, companies see their markets contract and disappear as new competitors and technologies emerge. How do we contend with the stress that comes with this unrelenting change?

This engagement incorporates the latest psychological research with the 5,000-year-old wisdom of yogic practices to provide attendees with the skills and tools they need to reduce stress and bring renewed energy and creativity to managing change in their personal and professional lives.
- Strategies to move through each of the four stages of change: denial, resistance, exploration and commitment
- A vision for their lives that fills them with new energy and purpose
- Easy-to-learn yoga postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness exercises and meditations to reduce their stress and improve their health.
This dynamic engagement can either be conducted as a 90-minute keynote or as a three-hour break-out session.
