EngagementsThe Yoga of Change

Dr Erlich teaching indians in Peru yoga.
This program applies the 5,000-year-old wisdom of Yoga and psychological research to answer one of the most common human dilemmas: How to successfully deal with change. Certified Yoga Instructor and Licensed Clinical Psychologist Andrew Erlich will teach those attending skills and tools they can apply in their personal lives and businesses.

After participating in this session, you will be able to:

  • Understand resistance to change
  • Recognize the four predictable phases of change and learn strategies to move through each one:
    • Denial
    • Resistance
    • Exploration
    • Commitment
  • Practice simple Yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditations that add to health and facilitate change

This session can either be conducted as a 90 minute keynote or a three hour break-out session. (For the three hour version purchase of a written assessment, "Change Inventory" for each participant is necessary.)
If this program is presented as a keynote this investment is not required.
This dynamic session combines lecture, experiential exercises, music and movement.
